Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Scope and permitted material

This policy covers photos, text, lyrics, any generated audio and video, and use of Make AI Rap Videos. It applies to private requests as well as content you share. The beta accepts preparation and review only; generation and payments are closed. Only adults may use the service. Creative inputs must be pet photos or original fictional character images that you own or have the necessary rights to use. A fictional character must be clearly illustrated or stylized and must not represent, resemble or be derived from an identifiable real person. Photorealistic humans and third-party film, game or celebrity characters are not permitted. All real-person photos are prohibited, including the user, consenting adults, minors and people in the background. Permission to use a photo does not create an exception.

Prohibited content and uses

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, exposing private information, spam or evading review. Do not present generated speech or actions as an authentic recording. A permitted original creative idea does not establish that the resulting use is lawful or accepted by a payment platform.

Pets and original fictional characters only

The service is limited to pet animation and original fictional characters. Real-person animation is not a pending feature or an option available with consent. A request, image or output that includes a real person or a real-person lookalike cannot be approved. If the reviewer cannot establish that an input or output meets this scope, it must not proceed to generation or delivery. This restriction applies to the actual content, not just the selected category or a checkbox. We do not claim automatic identification of real people or that this policy constitutes payment-provider approval.

Review, reports and action

The review-beta workflow requires an operator to examine each source image, the lyrics and instructions, and the rights declaration before approving input. Approval requires a positive finding that the material fits the pets-and-original-fictional-characters scope; uncertainty or a missing review means no generation. If generation is later enabled, the operator must watch the entire result and listen to its audio before approving delivery, including checking that it has not introduced a real person, a lookalike or an imitated voice. Model-provider safety settings are additional checks, not proof of rights or complete safety. We do not claim round-the-clock moderation or automatic detection of every prohibited image or request.

Report a concern to support@makeairapvideos.com with a request ID or page URL, the relevant category, a short explanation and a reply address. For a rights concern, explain your connection to the person or work using non-sensitive information. Do not attach prohibited content, identity documents or confidential files. You do not need a site account to send a report. This mailbox is not an emergency service.

The operator reviews available records and may ask for clarification, reject a request, withhold delivery, or stop subsequent downloads. A download restriction cannot recall saved copies and does not mean immediate deletion of all records. No automatic account deletion, credit forfeiture or cash refund is promised. Retention and refunds follow the separate policies.

To appeal, use the same address, identify the request and explain the suspected error without resubmitting prohibited material. Review does not guarantee reversal, an independent reviewer or restoration of an expired or deleted file. Necessary action under applicable law may be taken. The operator checks support and content reports on business days and sends an initial response within two business days of receipt. This is a first response, not a guarantee that an investigation, deletion, appeal or refund will be completed within that time. Further information or review may be needed. This is not a 24-hour or emergency service, and there is no automatic email acknowledgement. A case receipt is not a human response.

Text checks, human review and recorded action

Local versioned rules check submitted topics and lyrics for a limited set of explicit prohibited instructions and named subjects. Upload decoding and output format, duration, audio and watermark checks are technical checks. A no-match or technical-pass result is not approval of the meaning of an image, video or sound. Each input and the full output imagery and audio still require human review before generation or delivery respectively.

Rule changes are maintained through reviewed code releases and checks of matching and ordinary examples. We retain rule versions and decision records. This is not an automatically updating filter, a complete database of prohibited subjects or a claim of comprehensive image or voice recognition.

Signed-in users can use Studio support for a content report, a decision appeal or a request-related billing review. Content reports require a full request reference; appeals about your content must refer to your own request, while an appeal of a current account restriction may omit it. Use email if you cannot provide the required reference or access the form. Submission limits may apply; email remains available.

An operator can record a response, restrict new Rap uploads, requests, generation and purchases, withhold an eligible result, or return eligible content for review following an appeal. These are Rap-service controls, not deletion of a shared account or a ban across other SailToWorld products. Existing downloads require a separate withholding decision. Releasing an account restriction does not restore withheld outputs; returning content for review does not approve it. No case action itself executes a cash refund or automatic credit forfeiture.
