About the service
Make AI Rap Videos is an independently and personally operated SailToWorld project at makeairapvideos.com. This beta lets adults prepare and submit a creative brief with pet photos or images of original fictional characters for review. Real-person photos and real-person lookalikes are not permitted. Paid video generation and credit purchases are not available. Submitting a brief is not a purchase, a promise of free generation, or a guarantee that a video will be made.
The planned service creates an approximately five-second synthetic rap performance by a pet or an original fictional character, with generated vocals and a beat, using MiniMax H3 Max through fal's image-to-video API. The voice is synthetic, not a recording or clone of a real person. Real-person animation is outside this service, including when the person agrees. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the model or payment providers, and Waffo has not approved this product for payments.
Who may use the service and what you may submit
You must be at least 18. Creative inputs may show only pets or original fictional characters that you own or have the necessary rights to use. Fictional characters must be clearly illustrated or stylized, not photorealistic humans, representations of identifiable real people, celebrity lookalikes, or cartoons derived from a real person. Do not submit any real-person photo, even your own, an authorized adult, a person in the background, or a minor. Do not submit existing film, game or other third-party characters. Use original lyrics and topics you have the right to submit. Do not upload voice samples, confidential information or unnecessary personal details.
You keep your existing rights to your input. You authorize us and the service providers identified in our Privacy Policy to process it for your request, review, support and safety. This does not give us permission to publish your photos as advertising. It does not grant you rights in another person's likeness, music, trademarks or other protected material. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright protection or unrestricted commercial rights in generated content.
Price, cancellation and delivery
Preparation and review during this beta are free. The proposed future price is USD 2.99 for one generation credit, with no subscription or automatic renewal; it is not a current offer to buy. Any applicable taxes, final total and purchase conditions must be shown before payment becomes available.
You may cancel a review request while it is awaiting review or approved but not started. After generation has started, self-service cancellation is not available; closing your browser does not cancel processing. See Refunds and Cancellation for cancellation, unused-credit refund requests, confirmed delivery failures, billing errors and the difference between returning a credit and refunding a cash payment. These purchase conditions do not open checkout.
No delivery time, exact likeness, exact lyric reproduction, lip-sync accuracy or commercial outcome is guaranteed. Scene illustrations are creative examples, not evidence of completed customer videos. Review any eventual output before using it, and identify synthetic content when sharing it.
Rules and consequences
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may reject an input, withhold an output, or stop further downloads of a result following review. These actions do not recall copies already downloaded. They do not automatically confiscate credits, erase an account or refund a purchase. You must stop prohibited use and remove infringing copies you control. Contact us to report a concern or ask for a decision to be reconsidered.
The service is provided as available and may be interrupted or changed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable law. Material changes will be shown with an updated policy date; new processing or paid terms will be presented before you use the changed service. Support cases and service restrictions
Signed-in users can submit a report, appeal or request-related billing concern in Studio support and read their case status and operator response. If you cannot sign in, lack a request reference, or need help with a payment that has no generation request, email support. A case receipt or a resolved case does not confirm a refund, deletion or restored access.
Following review, we may restrict new uploads, requests, generation and purchases for this Rap service. This does not delete your shared sign-in account, impose a ban across all SailToWorld products, or automatically remove existing downloads. Restricting a particular result is a separate action and cannot recall saved copies. A restriction cannot guarantee cancellation of work already submitted to a provider.
You may appeal a restriction. Removing an account restriction does not restore a withheld result. An eligible appeal can return content to input or output review; it does not approve content directly or restore expired or deleted files. These actions do not automatically forfeit credits or issue cash refunds.
The pet video shown on the home page is an AI-generated demonstration made through the provider's web interface from our concept image. It is not a customer order fulfilled by this website and does not make generation or purchasing available.
